Protecting your data matters to us. We process personal data only within the framework of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Italian Data Protection Code (Legislative Decree No. 196/2003). We programmed this website ourselves. We do not use a website builder or any AI services that process visitor data.

## 3. Hosting with Vercel

Our website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. When you visit the website, Vercel processes technically necessary data, for example:

- IP address
- date and time of the visit
- page requested
- browser and operating system
- referrer URL (the page you came from)

We need this data to keep the website secure and stable. The legal basis is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). A data processing agreement is in place with Vercel. A transfer to the USA is possible and relies on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

We use technically necessary cookies so that the website works and your cookie choice is saved (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

## 5. Contact by email or phone

If you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp, we process your details only to answer your request (e.g. reservation or order). The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract or pre-contractual steps) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest). We delete the data as soon as it is no longer needed and no statutory retention periods apply.

We store personal data only for as long as necessary for the respective purpose or as required by law.
